| Henry Spalding was articled to William Gilbee Habershon and Edward Habershon in 1857. He continued as their assistant until 1863 when he commenced independent practice in partnership with Edward Haberson. He was later in partnership with Patrick Auld, Alfred William Stephens Cross and his son Reginald Henry Spalding. He was elected to ARIBA in 1873. |
